レジン研磨時にできる傷を軽減するためのコーティング剤です。

素材：特殊合成樹脂（アクリル）　高屈折ポリマー　水
硬化時間：1時間程度
内容量：100ml


レジン用表面コーティング剤の材料が入手困難になったため、全て国内の材料を用い開発しなおしたモデルとなります。

以前のコーティング剤からの改良点
・低臭気素材を使用し、より臭いがしにくくなりました。　
・密着性の高い素材を使用することにより、液への二度漬けが可能になり、より光沢を求めることが可能になりました。
・硬化速度を多少遅くすることにより、以前の物で起きていた低い温度による硬化不良（ヒビ割れ）が解消されました。

以前のコーティング剤に比べてのデメリット
・硬化時間が長くなりました。
・硬化速度を遅くしたため、液ダレの拭き取り回数が増えました。
・粘度が多少上がったことにより、稀に小さい気泡が発生する場合がございます。



最低でも1000番～1500番以上までは磨くことをオススメします。
（磨き傷に液剤が染み込まず綺麗になりません）

初めて使われる方は処理方法に困惑することがございます。
なるべく試作を２、３度繰り返し、液剤の癖などを掴んだ後に本番をして下さい。
私が使用した感じですと、球体や卵のような丸い形状のコーティングに最も向いてます。
宝石タイプなどのモールドですと、カットの部分にダマが残ったりするため使いこなすにはある程度の練習が必要です。

また、こちらの商品の発送は普通宅急便にて対応させていただきます。

🧼 Care

After use, wipe the inside of the container with an alcohol tissue and store away from direct sunlight.
- Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays may cause deterioration.

🧪 Mold Life

・Guideline: Approximately 20 times with proper care and storage. ・Two-component curing epoxy resins can be used, but their lifespan will be significantly shorter.
- For products purchased more than six months ago, the silicone may break over time.

⚠️ Attention

・This product is a "mold" and is not the actual work of art.
-Designed exclusively for UV resin.
